Contemporary art exhibition

Samples of my work from the City of Glasgow College, BA (Hons) contemporary art practice. For my finished pieces I wanted to convey an element of reflection were the shapes and colours flowed through each other creating a natural layering process asking the viewer to take the time to look beyond the surface. In the mirror piece the viewer becomes part of the image. These works were influenced by and a response to the site specific mirror works created at the forking paths at the fossil grove. My work over the last two years has been driven by my research into the mirror and the imagined space.
